Felicia is our Benefit Specialist here at BenePro. A proud mom of Jacob and stepmom to Damien and Brooklynn. You’ll often find her immersed in the great outdoors with her family and dog named Trip. Whether they are hiking forest trails, kayaking, camping under the stars, or simply exploring local parks, nature is her playground and happy place. She enjoys spending time with friends and making new memories with her family.

Felicia began her career as an Account Coordinator for HRPro and quickly moved on to the position of Benefit Analyst at BenePro where she’s responsible for generating proposals and market analyses, preparing client-facing materials, and responding to client service inquiries, as well as supports the Account Management team and assists with eligibility and enrollment.
