Eligibility Specialist

Jessica joined Benepro in 2015. She worked for a few years as a Benefits Analyst, and then a few years as an Account Manager, and is now serving as an Eligibility Specialist, processing enrollments and terminations. After receiving a BA degree from Michigan State University, Jessica worked for several years in security management, HR administration, and she worked briefly in the COBRA department at HrPro.

Jessica has two little boys who light up her life. She likes spending time with her family outdoors, playing at the park and going on the occasional camping trip. When she’s not momming or working, she can be found tinkering with an endless needle point project, hustling on FB Marketplace, binging her favorite shows on repeat, or at the gym, struggling through Pilates.
