Loretta McCormick
Vice President of Account Management
Loretta joined BenePro in January 2009 as an Executive Account Manager. She was promoted to Vice President of Account Management in August 2010. She has almost 20 years experience in the employee benefit field, working on the carrier, employer and benefit advisor sides of the business.
Loretta is responsible for overseeing the day to day functions of the Employee Benefits department and serves as Account Manager for BenePro’s premier clients. She handles service and claim issues for these clients and their employees, assists in preparing and negotiating renewals, presents market trends and claims analysis, resolves enrollment issues, prepares communication materials, employee websites and conducts open enrollment meetings.
Prior to joining Benepro Loretta successfully ran and maintained a profitable block of business with over 80 clients. She is well versed in technology, having created numerous websites and being instrumental in the development and design of a self service enrollment tool. Loretta has designed and conducted interactive, formal training programs for clients via webinars, conference calls, lunch-n-learns and one on one meetings.
